Behind the scenes (2019).  A peek behind the scenes at the 25^th Ludlow Food Festival which was held in September 2019; this was where Punk Chef, aka Scott Garthwaite, was the first Deaf person to do a cookery demonstration at a mainstream food festival.  How did Scott get on; how did he keep his audience’s attention and what did he teach them? This short film was produced for BSLBT by Samuel Dore.
