As part of LumoTV’s Talent Strategy 2025-26, we provide online and in-person training and workshop sessions tailored for deaf and hard of hearing behind the camera talent. We aim to cover everything from production and editing, writing, directing and craft roles, to increase your knowledge of off-screen industry roles and skills.
We have opportunities for deaf/HOH talent to shadow experienced professionals on TV productions. This is a chance to observe, learn and gain valuable insight into the roles you hope to explore wherever you are in your career.
